Adam Eakins
Lead Pastor
Adam has been Pastor of Broadmead since 2010 having completed his training at Spurgeon’s College. He is married to Karen and they have three children. He loves most sports, especially cricket, enjoys good indie music, reading and films. Ordering him a good coffee is the answer to most problems he believes.

Mary Ngatia
Community Pastor & Minister in Training
Mary is Northamptonshire born and bred and has been at Broadmead since 2011. She is married to Godfrey and has 3 children. She is currently studying at Spurgeon’s but has qualifications in childcare and finance. She is passionate about sharing God’s love with others. When she gets a chance, she enjoys walking or curling up with a good book. She thinks most things can be solved with a good cup of tea!

Jodie Hollowell
Youth Pastor
Jodie has been leading the youth work at Broadmead since 2011 and studied at the Centre for Youth Ministry in Oxford. She loves spending time with family and friends and going for long dog walks (as long as they involve coffee and cake stops). Lindt chocolate and Lush bath bombs are the way to her heart!

Loreto Soto-Cartwright
Church & Centre Manager
Loreto is originally from Chile, has lived in Northampton for over 10 years and joined Broadmead in 2015. She is involved in various areas of church life, with the worship ministry being her main passion. She is married to John and has 3 wonderful children. She loves spending time with family and friends, walking, reading, playing the piano and watching superhero movies.

Claudette Chambers
Well-being and Cafe Coordinator
Claudette has lived in Northamptonshire for 45 years, has three grown-up children and 5 grandchildren. With an eclectic taste in music, she likes to sing along but often in a very different tune to the song. Claudette embraces the joy of the Lord and loves to see others enjoying it too.

Mary Agyeman
Centre & Facilities Coordinator
Mary is from the Orient via Glasgow, Scotland. She is passionate about cross-cultural, multi-disciplinary research and loves working in a multicultural environment. Being brought up by her grandparents, she has a real, tender heart towards children and the elderly. She enjoys her quiet time with some simple melodies with a little poodle called Moxie.

Mara Lucia Decote Sanazario
Finance and Centre Admin Assistant
Mara is Brazilian and has a degree in Business Administration. She grew up in a Christian home and was baptized at the age of 8. Having her daily devotional moment early in the morning, which includes reading the Bible, praying, and praising, is the most important part of her day. Passionate about nature, animals, blue skies, and sunshine (which is rare in this country), living in England has given her a new hobby of taking long walks through the beautiful parks in Northampton.

Tim Packwood
Cleaner
Tim has lived in Northampton for over 37 years and is married to Wendy. He passionate about keeping things clean and tidy and likes to do repairs in his spare time. He loves listening to music and meeting new friends and helping them in a polite and friendly way. He also enjoys cycling and trying to keep himself fit.

John Ditchburn
Elder
John has been a member of Broadmead since he came to Northampton over 35 years ago. In his day job, he teaches Geography and Religious Studies in a Northamptonshire academy. He is married to Lucy and they have two adult children. He enjoys not taking things too seriously and a nice pint of real ale.

Richard Boyd
Elder/Treasurer
Richard had been attending Broadmead since 2000. What first brought him here was recognising people’s strong faith in God, and this still holds true today. Richard is a leader in our Children’s ministry. In his spare time Richard enjoys spending time with his family and dreams of the odd game of golf.

Gillian Murray
Elder
Gillian is originally from Scotland but moved south when she went to Bible College. She worked as a youth worker for 5 years before moving to Northampton to work in the hospitality industry. She has had a variety of roles within the same organisation and learnt many skills along the way. Broadmead Community Church has been her family for many years and she has served in many ways. She likes reading, catching up with friends, watching TV, going for walks, having pampers and generally chillin’.

Therese Lee
Elder
Therese has been attending Broadmead Community church for over 37 years. She enjoys serving within the church and is currently singing in the Worship team, and serving in the prayer team. She is married to Joe and has 2 grown up children and 3 grandchildren. She has worked in the domestic abuse sector for almost 20 years and is now self employed as a Counsellor.
She has a love for people and enjoys being out walking and talking and spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys quiet times of reflection.
